Singapore's National Environment Agency (NEA) said air quality may reach unhealthy levels as the haze is blown in from Sumatra, where the number of hotspots has spiked over. On Sept 10, the 24-hour Pollutant Standards Index reached a high of 99. A mark of 101 signals unhealthy air quality.
