Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam on Tuesday (Sep 10) reiterated in a press conference that the first priority is for "all people of Hong Kong to say no to violence". She was addressing reporters after fresh protests broke out across the city following her announcement that the extradition Bill will be formally withdrawn.
