[MUSIC PLAYING] When I finished that last class I really just, I pinched myself a few times. I went back to Strayer and confirmed with the counselor that I was a legitimate graduate. I wanted to make sure, cause last time I had missed a class or two. And so I just wanted to make sure. And they said yeah, you're in good standing and everything is right.
And yeah, you're good, you're ready, you're ready for graduation. When I'm the speaker at the Strayer University graduation commencement exercise in June, it's going to be awesome. I can't help but to think about how important this is, how meaningful this is. I want to make sure that it's not about me on that day. I want to make sure it's about the people in the audience.
My daughter does not know how much her graduation inspired me. So she doesn't know that, I'm probably going to write that in my speech. I'm not a crier, but I wouldn't be surprised if something got in my eye and irritated it a little bit, that it might need me to wipe it a little bit. I want the people that are in my life that are important to me to know how important it is. I think they know, but they're really going to know when I come from the heart and talk about this journey.
It's been a great journey. I've had a lot of struggles in my life and I've had a lot of successes in my life. And this is probably the most difficult journey that I've ever been on, and the most rewarding. If you're considering going back to college, I would want you to consider Strayer University strongly.
Because one, if you're in the DC metro area for sure, it's the most available university out there. It's convenient locations and more importantly it's like a family. I mean, what I'm talking about, what I've been talking about today is about a family. A family unit that's very close. The professors care, it's about the student achieving their utmost, their best.
And so if you're considering a university, Strayer University is the one I would recommend, highly.
